Safari 4 Beta is just what Apple advertises, fast, cover flow … And I love the tabs on title, which saves some screen real-estate.

Several plugins stop working. For 1Password, installing the latest beta would solve the problem. For others, I don’t use them too often anyway.

Gmail doesn’t work! That’s almost impossible. I couldn’t compose a new message or reply. I asked around and didn’t find other people having similar problem. Web Inspector showed that several ajax calls never completed.

I enabled a lot of labs features so I thought some of them might cause the problem. After disabling and enabling them one by one I figured out the Location in Signature feature was the source.

Happy again.

Update: another issue I found recently is the file upload button doesn’t work as before. If I click on a “Choose File” button, nothing happens. Dragging a file and dropping it to the button works.
